A delicate gold chain holds a gold pill pendant and three .5 CT orange sapphire topaz charms. Along the length of the chain are three vibrant topaz stones. Each one is wrapped in gold and then linked through the chain to stay in place.

The main pendant is made of 8.41 grams of gold shaped into a pill form. The left side of the pill features the phrase "HAPPY PILL". Then the right side of the pill is covered in .24 CT rubies.
